Uproar As Unkown Bodies Retrieved From River Yala Siaya County
Kenyans on Twitter On Monday 17th became furious demanding answers from Inspector General of Police Hillary Mutyambai to explain unusual dead bodies that are being dumped into River Yala Siaya County regularly.
Concerned Kenyans stated that they needed answers from the government since their safety might be at stake.
This comes after the incident was Echoed by Human Rights Activist Boniface Mwangi through a social media thread on his official Twitter after he visited the River together with Humanity Activism Knowledge and Integrity {HAKI Africa} Director Hussein Khalid.
Khalid Hussein challenged the government to ensure that the public's safety is guaranteed, claiming that the situation is dire and that authorities must intervene.
According to Hussein, the bodies are normally transported in a double cabin pick-up and probox, and when the vehicles get at the bridge, men exit the cars, pick up the bodies, and dump them over the bridge and into the river.

According to Okero, a local resident, is the main person who rescues bodies found in the river, reporting that he has rescued 31 dead in the last six months.
