Twendi Twendi hitmaker, Justina Syokau, is pleading for any support after she was diagnosed with five severe ailments since January 10, 2021, which emptied her pockets.

Syokau, who has been in the spotlight since 2019 December, opened up about her current traumatizing situation during an inclusive interview with Kamuhunjia TV.

She has been indoors due to a skin infection that started as a single rash but matured after weeks to pimple-like black spots all over the body.

“I could only wear trousers to hide what am going through; for people to continue associating with me and feel happy with my presence,” she said.

As she explains, the first dermatologist she sought diagnosed her with dermatophyte, then eczema, cirrhosis, liver failure, and stern coccusis, whose treatment have resulted to some positive changes.

“I don’t have money, all I had got finished in the hospital, I can’t afford anything,” said the hitmaker.

On why she has been hiding her pains for close to four months now,  the top influencer said that her friends had rejected her and was only left with her house manager and child.

“I lost friends due to this infection; only my housemaid stood by me,” she confirmed, “ she even bathed me when I was feeble.”

Despite her fame in the USA, Canada, Norway, Sweden, Qatar, Washington, DC, Dubai, and Kenya, she still lost her self-esteem.

Some of the people whom I shared with attributed my illness to fungal infection and witchcraft, she said.

To cope up with the pressing economy and the stressing covid-19 situation, accompanied by lack of job, friends, and caring relatives, Syokau, resorted to selling her house property, clothes, and shoes to survive.

“I sold 11 clothes, some worth SH23 000, SH18 000 for SH5000 an item, and two pairs of shoes to a boutique, just for medicinal purposes,” Syokau said.

“I cannot settle my bills. I have never been this empty. I am at Zero,” she added.

“ I am only requesting for someone to help me settle the hospital bills and food, so  I can continue with my medication,” pleaded Syokau, “but I need links to opportunities more.”

Syokau said her marriage life was cut short a week after delivery.

Her government-employed spouse from a prominent family chose his mother as a priority which made the marriage crumble.

She, however, said her said that her ex's looks betrayed her.

“He was full of love. He was tall and handsome. Look ilikuwa imeiva. I didn’t know I would one day cry,” she emotionally said.

As if that was not enough, whoever took her place as a wife, as she said, called her to inform her that her wedded husband and father to her child will not at any point support the child.

“I am marrying your husband. Know that he will not support your child,” she confirmed.

“I viewed myself as an unfruitful, marriage did not work, how about music?” she questioned.

She said she felt rejected as her family never wanted her too.

Her music journey too, has however, not been smooth.

“ I came to be known in 2020 after 10 years in the industry,” she told Kamuhunjia TV.

In 2019, the artist only concentrated on digital marketing which brought nothing to the table.

The single mother confirmed receiving only 200 subscribers in 2019 despite sharing her account with friends.

The artist started as a house girl in Nairobi, worked as a casual worker in Kijabe hospital before joining the music industry.

Syokua is a motivational speaker, event organizer, influencer, and author of Arise and Manifest Your Potential.

She is also the founder and supporter of Justina Hope Initiative, a Community Based Organization, which she can no longer support.
