Kilifi Brothers Hack Each Other With a Machete Over A Phone Charger
A mother in Kilifi county was left in tears on Tuesday 21st September after her 22-year-old son allegedly committed suicide after an argument with his brother over a phone charger.

Duncan is said to have hanged himself on a tree near their homestead hours after attacking his brother with a machete on Tuesday.
The two fought over the charger, according to the Villagers, with each asking to charge his phone first.
After they couldn't agree on who should charge his phone first, the argument escalated into a brawl. The younger brother assaulted his older brother with a machete.

Waldai chief John Koech Confirming the fatal incident stated that neighbour, who was herding cattle discovered the body and immediately alerted his family on Wednesday 22nd September.
Chief John revealed that the two quarreled over the charger before the deceased inflicted severe injuries on his elder brother using the machete. He was rushed to Kilifi District Hospital.
However, the elder brother collapsed and died upon reaching the hospital due to excessive bleeding.
Grandfather of the boys stated that the older one had a strained relationship with his younger brother, a move that frequently led to their disagreement.
