Primary School student commits suicide after being sent home for school fees.

A primary school boy who was identified as Dickson Mwenda from Kiriari primary in Kigumo village, Embu County, has commited suicide after being sent home for school fees. The 14 years old took his on life from his parent`s home.
According to the area chief, Nelson Muturi, he has said that when Mwenda went home, he got his mother tending to his siblings and went to the house. When the mother was preparing to take him back to school, she found his body dangling on the roof.
Speaking about the incident, Reverend Nyaga says that it is puzzling since Dickson was an obedient boy.
The police have moved the body to the mortuary and have promised more investigation will be conducted.
