Job Description
- Develop & execute strategies to drive business in new & existing markets.
- Timely and accurate forecasting to build predictable and recurring revenue.
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Bring in a new list of clients to grow the Magazine.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with new clients.
- Partake in conceptualizing new avenues of advertising and partnerships for clients.
- Identify business opportunities with prospective customers.
- Analyze opportunities by researching the industry and market trends.
- Process correspondence and paperwork related to accounts.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing clients.
- Deliver advertising or illustration proofs to clients for approval.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or advertising, media background is a super plus.
- A solid understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising cost-effectiveness, including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling etc.
- 2-3 years or equivalent experience in print media sales.
- Sales and account management experience.
- Strong time-management and operational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems and LinkedIn.
- Demonstrate a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong negotiating skills.
