Easy Spanish Omelet Recipe
Spanish omelet can be used as an appetizer, it is great for snacks and breakfast dishes.
Ingredients
3 medium-sized potatoes diced
1 large brown onion, chopped
5 eggs
Salt
Ground black pepper
Vegetable oil
Coriander
Procedure
Heat the oil in a nonstick medium-sized pan on medium heat.
Fry potatoes until crispy, golden, and tender.
Add the onion and fry until transparent.
Drain all of the oil from the pan and arrange the potatoes and onions in a single layer.
Reduce heat from medium to low.
Beat eggs with salt and pepper to taste then pour the egg mixture into the pan.
Using a spatula move the potatoes and onions around the eggs to ensure the eggs cook on the bottom
Place a big, round plate on top of the pan, and with your hand holding the plate, flip the omelet onto the plate.
Slide the omelet back into the pan carefully to allow the other side to completely cook through.
Serve the Spanish omelet on a plate and garnish with coriander
