Biden on Putin: He is a war criminal
US president Joe Biden has hit out on Russian president Vladimir Putin referring to him as a war criminal.

.Biden who was responding to a reporter said that Putin was a war criminal.
“I think he is a war criminal,” Biden said.
According to the White House Press secretary Jen Psaki, Biden was speaking form his heart after he saw images on television of what she termed as barbaric actions by a brutal director through his invasion of a foreign country.
The war on Ukraine by Russia enters the forth week now and the Biden led administration has been putting measures to support Ukraine in its war with Russia.
The war has seen more that three million Ukrainians flee the country, with more than two million others internally displaced.
Biden has in the recent past been condemning Russia’s invasion into Ukraine and the Russia’s president Vladimir Putin has responded to him terming Biden’s comments as unacceptable
