Watch Mr Seed’s New Music Video ‘Romeo N Juliet’
Kenyan musician Mr. Seed has released a new music video for the single ‘Romeo N Juliet’.

The song taken off the singer’s debut album titled ‘Black Child’ was released on September 13, 2021.
Produced by Alexis on the Beat, the ‘Romeo N Juliet’ video was directed by Slim Mapoz. The amazing and romantic video was shot on location at Maiyan Resort.
‘Romeo n Juliet’ is basically a love song and Mr. Seed perfectly delivers it by blending Swahili and his native Dholuo language, as he showers love lyrics to his love interest.
In the video, Mr. Seed is pictured with his beautiful lover having a good time in a hotel room, they later go horse-riding as well as playing basketball together on a court.
“Mimi ni Romeo, wewe ni Juliet,” Mr Seed tells his lover in one of the lines, which loosely translates to “I’m Romeo and you’re Juliet” – in reference to a famous William Shakespeare story of two young Italian lovers whose deaths led to the reconciliation of their feuding families.
Introducing the new video to his Instagram followers, Mr. Seed posted; “1st video from the album ROMEO & JULIET IS OUT NOW ON YOUTUBE!! Link in bio … n go stream the whole BLACK CHILD…”
The ‘Black Child’ album was released on September 13, 2021. It houses 11tracks ans sees Mr Seed feature among others Teddy B, Viviane, Uganda’s John Black, Masauti, and Nedy from Tanzania and Nimo.
