Tasty Mashed Sweet Potatoes Recipe
The ultimate sweet potato mash recipe is tasty and creamy mashed sweet potatoes with a splash of sour cream.

Ingredients
5 large sweet potatoes 1 tsp salt,
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/3 cup margarine
1/4 cup sour milk 2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese, optional
1/4 cup milk/ water
1 tbsp chopped coriander to garnish
Procedure
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 2-inch cubes.
Place sweet potatoes in a large pot and cover with water by an inch.
Season with salt and bring to a boil, reduce heat down to medium-low and allow to simmer until fork tender
Drain cooked sweet potatoes, and add in the margarine, sour cream, garlic, remaining salt, and cheese.
Mash with a potato masher until smooth, adding milk or water if desired for a smoother/lighter mash.
Garnish with coriander and serve.
