The Kenyan Directorate of Criminal Investigations {DCI} revealed on Monday 12th July reasons why it is tough to arrest Kenyan killer cop Caroline Kangogo who has been on the run for days now.

This comes a time it has been a week since the DCI launched a thorough investigation in Caroline Kangogo's murder case. 
According to the DCI Officers based in Nairobi issued a statement on Monday revealing to the public that killer cop Caroline is very clever and since they started hunting her, she stopped using her known cell phone contact and this has made it difficult for them to track her.


This has however raised an alarm amongst Kenyans on social media stating that if Caroline is not arrested on time many lives are yet to be lost with mistaken identity bearing in mind that the deadly cop is still in the midst of the citizens.
On Thursday evening July 8th a middle-aged woman identified as Phanice Chemutai Juma from Koboiywo Village in Kaptama Location, Bungoma County, was shot at the Kiminini Market in Trans Nzoia County in an alleged case of mistaken identity.

In regards to the whistleblower Mr. Mayundo {abusiness man in Kitale} in Chemutai`s arrest, he told the police that Chemutai had been calling him incessantly, asking to meet him within Kiminini Market. He said he and Chemutai were not familiar with each other and had never met before.

He also added that he suspected Chemutai was the wanted police officer Caroline Kangogo, who is accused of murdering two men in Nakuru and Kiambu counties.
