How to overcome depression

Depression is a mental state characterized by a sense of inadequacy and lack of certain activities. It is characterized by changes in appetite,sleep,concentration,self-esteem and many more. We get depressed in our lives due to many reasons like heartbreaks,lose of an individual family,friend and many more. These thoughts that affect the mental state results to physical or mental torture hence affecting our health. It also result to change of moods such s anxiety,aphaty,sadness or development of mood wings.                                 

At times we are faced with many different challenges but as humans the best we can do is to sit down and think over the matter. Have you ever asked yourself why when you think over your predicament a times you get headache or a terrible fever?  Just like an auditor,he or she cannot listen attentively to an information being delivered by ten people at once,so is our brain. People tend to be sceptic when it comes to depression. It is always termed silent because it seems normal but it has very dangerous efects. We therefore need to join hands and stop ourselves from getting depressed,but how? 

Never shut yourself in a room in the name of running away from your predicaments,instead face it bondly. when you feel so low it better you take a walk and also talk to your friends. It will be of more importance if you do the following whenever you feel depressed: Do things for yourself, challenge negative emotions, expose yourself to funny and lighthearted entertainments,stay connected and finnaly always remember your physical health.
