How To Bake Fresh Cheese Bread

Ingredients

3 cups of all-purpose flour

1 large egg

1 cup of warm milk

¼ cup margarine

2 tbsp instant yeast

1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese

¼ tsp salt

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp Vanilla essence

Procedure

Place all ingredients in a stand mixer except the margarine and knead for about 4 minutes

Add the margarine and knead for a 12 more minutes

Divide the dough into 10 small balls, cover with a kitchen towel and allow it to rest for 10 minutes

Place the cheese in the middle of the dough and fold it in nicely

Put the dough in a buttered baking tin and allow it to rest for 35 minutes

Brush the dough with egg and water mix

Bake in a preheated oven for 22 minutes at 170c

Take the bread from the oven, and serve hot
