How To Prepare Fluffy And Colourful Vegetable Rice
Here is another quick fix recipe that is simple to follow and makes use of leftover rice.
Ingredients
1½ cups of pre-cooked or leftover white rice
½ cup of pre-peas
One carrot, diced
One thinly sliced onion
One tablespoon of minced garlic
Red and yellow bell peppers, cut into tiny cubes
Soy sauce
Coriander
Salt
Preparation
Place a cooking pan on medium heat and add some oil to it.
Add the onion, garlic, and sauté until caramelized, then add salt to taste.
Add the peas, bell peppers, and carrots and fry until tender
Add the rice to the vegetables, pour a tablespoon of soy sauce at the top, and then earn a little water. The rice should be cold and already cooked.
Stir and fry the rice and vegetable mixture until evenly combined, then switch to low heat and let it dry up. Do not stir the rice a lot to prevent it from breaking as it is already cooked.
Garnish the dish with coriander leaves to make it more presentable.
Serve your vegetable rice with a dish of flavourful chicken.
