Bobasi MP Aspirant Arrested Over Allegedly Stealing Ballot Boxes.
Lucas Mogoa, a parliamentary candidate from Bobasi Constituency, was detained on Thursday on suspicion of snatching ballot boxes during the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party nominations in Kisii County.

Kipkemoi Kipkulei, the Area OCPD, verified the event and stated that they are still investigating the case.
The MP candidate refuted the allegations, claiming that his opponents had devised a scheme to oust him.
Mugoa is currently being held at Nyamache Police station.
In Kisii County, UDA nominations were held in the Kitutu Chache and Bobasi constituencies.
