VIDEO: Hussein Mohammed Pushes Alleged Mama Mboga after Ruto`s Debate

The video made headlines on social media immediately after the presidential debate that was attended by Kenya's second commander in chief had ended at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA) on Tuesday 26th July.

From the video the woman in a yellow dress can be seen walking together with deputy president William Ruto, her excellency Rachael Ruto, Kenya kwanza`s running mate honorable Rigathi Gachagua`s, Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua amongst other leaders before she is stopped by Hussein to remain behind.

The video has risen mixed reactions amongst different netizens stating that the woman might have been used as a public relations figure behind the hustler narrative motive and after her work was done she was not supposed to be seen on the scene again.

"After the Mama mboga photo op for PR purposes, Hussein pushed her aside" twitted one fan.

"There is a man who once said politics is not a game but serious business somehow I wonder how a woman can comment positively on this even if u are on this man's side or not I am not a fan of politics but this is not how to handle a mum." Kichwangumu twitted.

"poor mama and the way she came with the yellow uniform. Too much disrespect." weighed another fan called MuthoniDelima.

 However, others defended the former citizen TV journalist stating that Hussein was trying to arrange for them to follow protocol.

"Hussein was simply organizing them, following protocol. You wanted Mama Mboga to hold Dr. Ruto's hand while Mama Rachel is there? Kuweni reasonable"  Kenya ni bora stated.

The presidential debate came barely a week after Renowned Media personality Hussein was named to be the man behind Kenya kwanza`s running mate honorable Rigathi Gachagua`s successful debate that was conducted on Tuesday 19th July at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA).

Honorable Gachagua was believed to have stolen the show by providing facts when answering questions from the moderators Sofia Wanuna of KTN and James Smart of NTV.

"Hussein Mohammed is the man behind the excellent performance of Kenya Kwanza leaders in Debates. Man is a GOAT in the media industry and his presence in UDA is an asset. Rigathi Gachagua is a witness" Said Gideon Kibicho.

On January 24 Hussein was unveiled as head of communication in DP Ruto's Presidential campaign.

"Hussein Mohammed, the renowned TV journalist, has been appointed Head of Communications in the William Ruto Presidential Campaign. Welcome to the Hustler team," the second in command wrote on his official social media page.

While acknowledging the position that was offered by DP Ruto, Hussein made it clear that Ruto's idea of driving a paradigm shift is what attracted him to accept the job offer.

He also thanked Ruto for appointing him to head his presidential campaign's communication ahead of the August 9 election.

“I share with the hustler story and so do the majority of Kenyans. Nothing gives me more pleasure than being part of this team that is driving a paradigm shift in our politics and ultimately, governance from top-down, to bottom-up,” Hussein wrote on his social media page on Monday, January 24.

His main role is drafting and spearheading communication channeled out from Ruto's side and crafting a niche for making Ruto the next head of state.
