UCL Final: De Bruyne Suffers Nose and Eye Socket Fractures
Manchester City midfielder Kevin de Bruyne suffered a fractured nose and eye socket in the UCL final match defeat against Chelsea.
The 29-year-old Belgium international was replaced in the 60th minute by Gabriel Jesus after a collision with Chelsea’s Antonio Rudiger.
However, through his Twitter account, De Bruyne said "I feel OK now. Still disappointed about yesterday obviously but we will be back.”

The midfielder was named in the Belgium squad for Euro 2020, with his country's first game on June 12 against Russia.
There are no indications yet whether De Bruyne will be fit for the match against Russia in St Petersburg or if his injuries threaten his participation in the rest of the tournament.
Rudiger took to his Twitter account on Sunday afternoon to apologize to De Bruyne where he revealed he had been in touch with him and therefore wishing him a quick recovery.
I'm really sorry for @DeBruyneKev's injury. Of course this was not intentional from me - I've already been in touch with Kevin personally and I really wish him a speedy recovery & hope we can see him back on the pitch very soon again ✊
