Well-known pastor cum motivational speaker Robert Burale and his family are in mourning following the murder of their relative.
Burale’s cousin Immaculate Mayavi was battered to death by her husband Onyango.
The intelligence claims that Mr. Onyango had gone home yesterday evening after a stressful day at work that evening only to find his wife missing. He went on a search for her as someone possessed only to find her drinking chang'aa at the local's den.
According to the witnesses, he was so angry and immediately landed on her with blows, punches, and kicks all over she could barely stand.
He then put her in a wheelbarrow ferried her home, where she developed complications and could no longer battle it dying that night.
Robert Burale confirmed this through a reply on the DCI social media post
“rest in peace my dear cousin” this was followed by tear emojis.
Mr. Onyango is in police custody at Silhay police station waiting to be processed in arraignment following the murder of immaculate Mayavi.
