Man killed over 400 shillings
In Bomet a man has been arrested for stabbing his neighbor due to a 400 shillings debt.

According to the police report, Evans Mutai, a shopkeeper in the Sibaiyan location was arrested after he stabbed Festus Keter, in the chest on Saturday night." The suspect then went on to trade merchandise at his premises unperturbed," the police report read in part. The neighbor's body was found by a villager who in turn reported to the police station.The police recovered the murder weapon, a stained knife.
The officers immediately rushed to the scene 10 kilometers away and conducted preliminary investigations into the murder, after which the suspect was apprehended,” the report read. The body was moved to Longisa hospital mortuary for a postmortem.
