Machakos Gynecologist Beaten for Defiling A minor in Hospital
Machakos Gynaecologist Identified as Alex Ndunda Masau was beaten by mob on Wednesday 10th November in Tala village, Machakos county in the former Eastern province after he was allegedly caught defiling a 14-year-old girl patient inside the hospital ward in broad daylight.

According to Milcah Nyamusi, a local eyewitness, the accused, is a drug addict who spends much of his time instead of working travelling from one alcohol establishment to another drinking illegal brew.
She also added that Mr Masau has previously been implicated in similar crimes.

Area police boss Mr Shadrak Ng'eno who confirmed the incident stated that the suspect was rescued by the police who were in patrol and rushed him to Thika level five hospital where he was hospitalized.
"He sustained serious injuries on the head and bruises on the body but is responding well to treatment and will be discharged any time from the facility." He stated.
