Lemon Ginger Mint Juice Recipe
This lemon ginger mint juice is a fat burner, simple, and easy to male. It is very effective, healthy, and safe.
Ingredients
3 Liters of water
4 Lemons
A bunch of fresh mints
4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
150g ginger
Procedure
Peel the lemon cut it into four pieces and remove the seeds
Wash the ginger. Peel the skin and cut it into thin slices
Place the mint, lemon, and ginger pieces into a blender and blend until smooth
Transfer the contents into a large bowl, add the vinegar and water then stir thoroughly
Strain the liquid into a bottle and your juice will be ready
Drink a glass of the juice and refrigerate the rest for later use.
