Well, it is believed that Nausea and vomiting during pregnancy are initiated by a particular odor, food, fatigue, low blood sugar, and alcohol.
1) Small meals every two hours: Consume small amount of foods but regularly to reduce in stuffing your digestive system with too much food to process at a time.

2) Make crackers your favorite snacks. This is because they contain high levels of carbohydrates.

3) Eat cold food as they have less aroma, which may help prevent nausea.

4) Take fruits such as bananas, watermelon, apple slices, or dried fruits to increase fiber intake in the body.

5) Keep yourself hydrated by drinking at least two litres of fluids such as water every day since the liquids avoid gastric reflux and bloating.
