Hellen Wendy`s Parents Lay Flowers on Swimming Pool In Canada
Parents of the late Kenyan nurse Hellen Wendy Nyabuto who was based in Canada and drowned while swimming in a swimming pool visited the place to lay flowers.
Wendy drowned on August 18th while live on her Facebook page entertaining her fans Ontario, Canada.
According to reports sourced by this publication, Wendy`s parents traveled to Canada in an effort to bring their relative's remains back home.
This comes at a time Hellen's father had earlier said that the family wanted Hellen's remains sent to Kenya so that it might be buried there in accordance with their customs.
“According to our tradition, one is supposed to be buried where he or she was born. I'll not feel comfortable, psychologically, if my daughter is buried away from Kenya” he said.
The late nurse's family launched a GoFundMe campaign, which they eventually succeeded in funding, to raise money to send Hellen's body back to Kenya and pay for her funeral.
