Five Injured After Teargas Cannister, Sneaked Into School By Student, Explodes.
A Form Four student in Changamwe Mombasa County sneaked a tear gas into school on Friday morning.

According to Changamwe Deputy County Commissioner Michael Yator, the teargas canister was brought to school by a student at St. Charles Lwanga Secondary School.
The student went on to play with the canister with other classmates before it burst, hurting five students, including him, the one who had brought it into school illegally.
Yator confirmed the occurrence and said it caused panic in the school.
According to the deputy commissioner, the students suffered minor injuries and are being treated at Bomu hospital.
“They have been rushed to hospital and I am sure they will all be fine,” he said.
Meanwhile, police investigating the matter are trying to figure out where the student got the tear gas.
