Early Retirement?
Barcelona forward Kun Aguero asks for the ball during their UEFA Champions League fixture against Dynamo Kyiv. The 33-year old was forced off in a match against Alaves due to discomfort. It is rumoured that he may have to hang his boots as a result.

Kun Aguero hasn't had the best of starts at the Camp Nou. He arrived in the summer full of enthusiasm as he would get a chance to play along his close friend Leo Messi only for the latter to head off for Paris as he was unable to be registered for the new season. Upon arrival, he was ruled out for close to two months meaning his debut for the Catalonian giants was delayed.

He finally made his debut as a sub against Dynamo Kyiv in the Champions League and on his second outing for the club came off the bench to score Barca's consolation in the El Clasico against Real Madrid.

His return was destined to propel Barca forward as they have a proven goalscorer however that was not the case as he was forced off in the Alaves game after feeling discomfort in his chest. Medical tests carried out showed that he suffered cardiac arrhythmia and would be out for two months.

In the latest news according to Catalunya Radio, the Argentine striker may be forced to retire from football as the former Man City mans' heart results display negative results.

Aguero was optimistic about returning to football however the recent results show that his condition is more serious than anticipated. His career is on the line but all hope is not lost as the evaluation will continue over the next few months of which a decision will be taken.
