Details on How Form 34As Were Allegedly Manipulated Emerges

According to the Azimio la Umoja presidential petition that was submitted online on August 22, several electronic copies of polling stations' Form 34A results were interfered with.

"The facts and evidence show that the fraudulent interference with the electronic copies of the results declared in Forms 34A were fraudulently altered after the transmission of Form 34As from the polling stations," part of the petition read.

The presidential petition further disclosed that the interference of the Forms 34A was done deliberately as they were being transferred to the National Tallying Centre, the Bomas of Kenya. In that, the presidential results of the 9th respondent (William Ruto) were increased without interfering with the total votes cast.

The 41 Form 34As collected from two counties have also been mentioned to be on the spot, Kiambu County and Bomet County.

Reports also show that the 9th correspondent (William Ruto) was well aware of the manipulation that was being done to transfer the votes to his favor.

John Mark Githongo, a witness, stated that he had proof of how the hackers effectively stole thousands of votes from Raila Odinga to William Ruto. Githongo, Dennis Itumbi's agents among others were also tasked to intercept and manipulate the Form 34A's that were transmitted from the KIEMS Kit and thereafter they transmitted the altered forms to the  Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) portal.

Taking to his Twitter account, here is what Dennis Itumbi has to say after what was revealed by the Azimio la Umoja presidential candidate, Raila Odinga through John Githongo.

Several people have also been seen commenting on the John Githongo affidavit that was submitted to the Supreme Court. Here are a few comments.
