ODM's Secretary-General Under Siege After Posting This Fake News
Following rumors of former AFC Leopards chairman's death, Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Secretary Edwin Sifuna was on Wednesday 5th forced to apologize to the public after spreading fake rumors.

Sifuna eulogized former Nairobi County speaker Alex Ole Magelo after it was rumored that he had passed on due to COVID-19 related complications.
However, according to fresh details, Magelo is alive but admitted to the hospital.
With news of Magelo's alleged death spreading like a bushfire on social media, various political leaders including former Kiambu Governor William Kabogo, ODM Secretary General Edwin Sifuna, Ex Kakamega senator Bonny khalwale sent their condolences to the late`s family and friends.
However, a section of Kenyans on Twitter demanded. Sifuna to pull down such a post and apologize to Mr. Magelo`s family then he should also get his facts right before posting.
It was revealed that the man is alive just that he is in critical condition.
“My sincere apologies. I was misinformed”, Sifuna apologized.
Sifuna’s apology came after a section of social media users bashed him as they demanded that he pulls down his post and apologize because Magelo was still alive.
“Why would you say he is dead yet he is very much alive just in critical condition. Get your facts right and pull down this post and apologize”, a Twitter user Bryan commented.
