Lady Hacked with Machete by Ex Lover While in New Boyfriend's Place in Busia
A 22-year-old old lady who has been identified as Lorine Adhiambo is currently nursing wounds after she was brutally attacked by her former lover in Budalang'i, Busia County for allegedly partying ways with him.

Adhiambo claimed that she was attacked while at her current lover`s place who just so happens to be friends with the suspect.
She further added that she had ended her love relationship with the suspect six months ago – and was now seeing his friend.
“I was sleeping on the bed, I don’t know how he entered the house,” said a heavily bandaged Lorine.
“He hit my head with something; it could have been a machete or a club, I don’t know.”
“I tried defending myself with a sufuria, covering myself, but he kept striking me all over, repeatedly,” said Ms. Adhiambo, while lying on her hospital bed.
Additionally, Lorine`s mother Rosemary Omondi asked the police to hasten up the investigations and arrest the suspect.
“I come from Homa-Bay county, and my daughter has been attacked here in Budalang'i.
“I don’t have money to cater for her treatment. I am urging the police to arrest the suspect who attacked my daughter and prosecute him,”
Port Victoria police station OCPD Mr. Isaiah Mose confirmed the incident noting they are aware of the attack.
"The report has reached our offices, and we are currently waiting for a full report from the doctor, after which will proceed to hunt down the suspect," said Mr. Mose.
Lorine is currently receiving treatment at the Port Victoria Hospital.
