How To Prepare Delicious Vegetable Beef Stew
Vegetable Beef Stew is so flavorful and filling. It is a combination of favorite vegetables, aromatic spices, and juicy meat pieces.
Ingredients
500g beef, diced
4 medium sized potatoes
2 carrots peeled and diced
200g parboiled peas
4 tomatoes blended
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 large onion chopped
4 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cumin
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 chicken stock cubes
1 cup water
Procedure
Dice the meat and boil in a pot until well cooked.
Add diced onions and minced garlic then sauté them on a pan over medium heat until the onions are soft and translucent.
Allow the beef to slightly brown as you peel and dice the potatoes
Add the potatoes, diced tomatoes, carrots, seasonings, and spices into the pot then stir to combine the flavors
Allow the soup to simmer until the potatoes are fork-tender.
Add the parboiled peas to the pot, water, and cover the pot to allow the stew to cook completely
Serve with rice or chapati. Enjoy!
