Highway Arrest Leads to Serious Accident{ VIDEO}
A grisly accident occurred on Monday 26th between County Askari and a taxi driver in a yet-to-be-identified road during highway arrest.
Christine Juma According to the taxi driver, he was arrested by three County police { Kanjo} over Ksh. 1000 parking fee.
The suspect claims that he had no airtime on his phone to confirm if he had paid for the fee. It is at that point when the ‘askaris’ arrested him.
