Chia seed smoothies

Add a generous amount of chia seeds to your freshly blended smoothie or grind them along with your smoothie.

Chia seeds puddings

Ingredients; chia seeds, almond milk, sweeteners

Add four tablespoons of chia seeds into one cup of milk.

Add sweeteners if you prefer a sweet pudding

Chia water

Soak ¼ a cup of chia seeds into 1 liter of clean drinking water for 20-30 minutes.

Add thin slices of lemon/lime or squeeze the juice into the chia water for flavor.

One can use juice in place of water.
