Burundi President Named Chief Guest at Madaraka Day Celebrations
Burundi President Evariste Ndayishimiye and First Lady Angeline Ndayubana are set to be Chief Guests at Madaraka Day celebrations that will be held in Kisumu on Tuesday.

The expected guest and his entourage will land in Kisumu on Monday for a two-day State visit to Kenya as stated by State House.
President Uhuru Kenyatta and First Lady Margaret who are set to travel to Kisumu on Sunday will then be joined by Ndayishimiye to his development tour of Kisumu.
“President Ndayishimiye, who will be accompanied by the First Lady of the Republic of Burundi, Her Excellency Angeline Ndayubaha, will join President Kenyatta during his tour of the various national government projects in Kisumu county and the larger Nyanza region,” Dena said in a statement on Saturday.
