Egg Muffin Recipe
This is a fun recipe, delicious and healthy. It is simple and easy to cook, perfect as a quick-fix snack and breakfast.
Ingredients
10 eggs
¼ cup thinly cut spring and white onions
2 large diced carrots
1 large grated potato
¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Paprika
Salt
Vegetable oil
Procedure
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees
In a bowl, beat the eggs, salt, black pepper, and paprika
Add the onions, carrots, potatoes, and cheese to the beaten eggs and mix well
Grease a muffin tin with vegetable oil
Pour the egg mixture up to halfway in each tin
Place in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
