Kenyan artist and songwriter Wilson Abubakar Radido who is popularly known as Wily Paul has revealed that mastering and mixing of his soon-to-be-released album cost Ksh3 million.

Willy Paul is preparing to drop the album which he says its songs has no distortion and bad energy.

Giving an update to his Instagram followers about the music project, the singer noted that he invested heavily in mixing and mastering because he does not compromise in quality.

“I GO BY THE NAME WILLY PAUL, WILLY POZZE AND I DONT COMPROMISE ON QUALITY! U DONT KNOW WHAT MY ALBUM SOUNDS LIKE! KITU YA KWANZA IKONA MIXING AND MASTERING YA 3MILLION KENYA SHILLINGS $30000. NO DISTORTION NO BAD ENERGY!,” the singer posted on his Instagram.

Willy Paul who gained recognition with the hit song ‘Sitolia’ in which he teamed up with gospel singer Gloria Muliro has not yet revealed the name of the album – but in a recent post, he hinted that the name had already been identified.

He also revealed that the album will have a number of featured artists, and it is just a matter of time before full details of this highly anticipated music project is made public.

“Bwana Mkunaji amepata jina ya album! Guess the name of the album... Also.... Guess the artists featured! Pozze noted.

The singer is today, September 1, 2021, celebrating his 28th birthday, and used the opportunity to note that the project he described as ‘album of the year’ was about to drop.

“On this day a King was born. Happy birthday to me! About to release my highly anticipated album of the century,” Willy Paul captained a photo on his Instagram account.
