When Do Pregnancy Symptoms Begin in a Woman

Breast Tenderness
As a woman, if you're pregnant, your breasts may feel sore, sensitive, and tender in early pregnancy. The symptom may start about one or two weeks after conception.

Spotting
Some women may experience twinging cramps when the fertilized egg implants into the lining of the uterus. You may also notice light spotting that lasts a day or so but do not ignore anything. If you are doubting your body changes visit the nearest doctor.
Fatigue and restless

As an expecting woman, loss of energy appears as early as one week after conception.

Mood Swings
Various women experience mood swings and discomfort at the early stages of pregnancy. The mood swings normally start at around week five. Unfortunately, unstable emotions usually last throughout the first trimester.
