The Directorate of Criminal Investigations have announced that the case against Dj Fatxo is complete. His fate and judgement is yet to be determined.
Jeff Mwathi, a 23 years old interior designer, was found dead at the Mugithi singer`s apartments. The case raised eyebrows and forced individuals to take it to social media and demand justice. This move attracted the DCI who started the investigations.
The case includes suspected mueder and sodomy. Jeff`s body was axhumed and DNA tests were done. It was then that suicide was ruled out with murder charges. The remaining prove of whether it was sodomy or other causes is out and Kenyans are waiting to hear from the DCI.
