There are different things that men with expectant women should learn to do especially when the women are about four months pregnant.

Below is a list of things that men should pay attention to and do to their women.
1. Patient
As a man with an expectant woman, you should learn to be patient with her. Remember during this period women tend to nag a lot and they become too emotional. Avoid making her cry.
2. Check on them
While away from home, make a point of checking on her since an emergency can occur any time.
3. Cook her favorite meal
Once in a while, go to the kitchen and cook some delicious meal for her. She will feel better afterward.
4. Talk to your unborn Baby.
Speak to your unborn baby regularly to increase the bond between you, the child, and the mother.
