Shock as 2 Kilifi Brothers Found 'Hammered' to Death
A sombre mood engulfed a family in Kilifi county on Friday 24th afternoon after two brothers Alex Katana and Anthony Mbeyu were found laying in a pool of blood in their house.

The fatal incident is believed to have occurred on Thursday 23rd night.
According to reports from the Kilifi police commander, One of the family members informed them of the situation after visiting them and discovering the two brothers deceased.
Further reports from family members indicated that the two were found laying lifeless in a pool of blood indicating that they might have been murdered.
Kilifi Police Commander also stated that the two brothers might have been killed using a blunt object. There were also indications that the two brothers might have attempted fighting off their attackers as there were signs of commotion in the room.
“We are going to make a follow up on this matter and make sure that the culprits behind the murder of the two brothers are brought to book”. Said area police commander Mr. Fred Ochieng.
However, the bodies of the two deceased were taken to Kilifi District Hospital mortuary awaiting autopsy as thorough investigations have been launched.
