Media personality Shix Kapienga lands a new job at NTV two years after leaving Hot 96.

Shix Kapienga whose real name is Wanjiku Karanja has announced the news on her socials two years after she left the Royal Media Services owned radio station.
Kapienga will be joining the show to replace the former host Katiwa and will be hosting alongside Dj moh

The reggae-based show ai called Jamdown and airs every Saturday on NTV.
Kapienga will be hosting her first show on the 26TH of march, 2022.
The show has been searching for a host Katiwa left the show and Shix Kapienga seems to be the best replacement for the show.
Kapienga has a rich history of hosting reggae shows with her biggest experience acquired when she was a radio presenter at Hot 96.
By the time she was leaving the station, Kapienga was co-hosting night reggae show alongside Rapcha the Sayantist.
she left the station in 2020 after the station was downsizing people aat the station.
in the past few weeks the Reggae enthustiast had satrted a talk show that featured Citien TV presenter Willis Raburu and Citizen Radio presenter Shatter boy that mostly talks about football.
