Senator Ledama Backs CS Kuria On GMO Impeachment
Narok Senator Ledama Olekina has now backed Trade Cabinet Secretary Mose Kuria on his GMO alleged hate speech.

The second-term Senator argued on Wednesday 23rd that CS Kuria was following orders from above and was only a messenger in the maize fiasco.
Senator Oledama statement indicated that Kenyans should enjoy their served soup as they enjoy the Kenya Kwanza government.
"The Hon. Moses Kuria, CS trade was right! we are all candidates of death… there is no need to impeach him. He is only doing what he has been asked to do. Don’t kill the messenger. Kenya is a kleptocracy so don’t expect anything else. You made your choices enjoy the consequences".

Additionally, Kabuchai MP Majimbo Kalasinga speaking on k24 TV station on Wednesday 23rd added that there was no proper reason behind Kuria’s ouster.
“I don't think GMO should be a reason why we are talking of impeachment. I don't understand why, looking at the current situation in Kenya it's too early, and let us understand why the minister has these reasons,” he stated.
The MPs were dared by Kalasinga to submit their motion, and he added that Kenyans would benefit from the importation of maize.
“In fact, if you want to impeach the minister for bringing in maize, go and write the report from the ground where people are dying,” he uttered.
