Sarah Odero, Wife to Pastor Ezekiel Odero Urge Followers to Keep praying

The pastor`s wife has urged their congregants to keep on praying, saying that these were just trying times and that God was  going to fight for him.The pastor was arrested earlier today on cult claims. At the time of his arrest, a service was ongoing from his mega church in Kilifi. Pastor Sarah took the chance to encourage her congregants to keep on praying

"I am to inform you briefly what is happening.  There are investigations that the government is conducting. Nothing is wrong, but we will not be having our services for the next few days. I know you have heard a lot from all over social media and this is happening in our church and other churches too. Keep calm and continue praying God will fight for him,' pastor Sarah said

His arrest comes days after interrogations with the DCI after which he recorded a statement.

Apparently, there is a funeral home next to the church, alleged to belong to the pastor. Reports have it that the Milele funeral home have been receiving dead people who die in the hands of the pastor. To clear the air, Milele funeral home CEO has said that he did not call the police on the pastor.

Investigations are underway.
