The ICC judges have issued a warrant for the Russian President over continued Ukrain war.

ICC to issue warrant of arrest against Putin

The Russian president, VLadimir Putin has been held responsible for the Ukrain war and is now at risk of arrest after The International Criminal Court issues an arrest warrant. The court had earlier called for his arrest over suspected unlawful deportation of children and transfer of people from Ukrain to the Russian Federation.

The warrant has been expected to be issued from earlier this week. 

While at the court hearing in the General`s office in Moscow, the ICC prosecuter opened an investigation into possible war crimes against humanity and genocide in Ukrain over the past year. ICC prosecutor Karim Khan has said that he is looking into the alleged crimes. Moscow is still denying the accusations that its forces are accused of.
