Pastor dies In Musicians` House

Barely a month after Dj Fatxo and Jeff Mwathi`s death, the DCI are looking into the death of preacher Elizabeth Githinji. The preacher had visited Mirugi Dishon, a reknown kikuyu gospel musician.. 

According to the statement given to the Kiamumbi police on Saturday, Elizabeth had paid the musician a visit. The intention of the visist was to give him his suticase from Nakuru On arrival, Elizabeth started cleaning  both the house and his clothes.

Mirugi says that  he left Elizabeth and headed to Thika for personal errands.  He returned sooner when he could not reach her on phone. Upon arrival at home, he discovered Elizabeth in his wardrobe, appearing to have hung himself with a bedsheet.  

He took a quick action of un-hanging the body and toom it to his car then drove off to Jacaranda Maternety Home.  The medics, however, refused to pick up the body since she was already dead. This forced him to go with the body to Kiambumbi where he was re-directed to Kahawa West 

He was later allowed to take the body to the Kenyatta University Mortuary. Murugi later returned to the Kasarani police station on Sunday, accompanied by DCI homicide detectives to write a statement on the death
