Parents Demonstrate Over Rising Cases of Students' Indiscipline in Makueni County
Parents protested at Muiu Secondary School in Kaiti Constituency, Kaiti Sub-county, Makueni County over what they saw as an increase in student indiscipline.

On Tuesday, June 14, parents demanded that the school principal be replaced. According to a trusted local FM radio station, the parents wanted the principal to be transferred because he was unable to control the Learners' multiple vices.
According to a media station's post, the parents claimed that their children were increasingly using drugs. Both male and female students were addicted to drugs, and the principal was doing little to control it.
Furthermore, the parents claimed that female students were having sexual relations with some of the school's teachers. Something that was both immoral and uncalled for by a teacher.
Parents are now requesting that the education authorities conduct an investigation and transfer the principal.
