Murkomen Criticized for Mocking Raila Odinga's Graduation
Onesmus Kipchumba Murkomen, an Elgeyo Marakwet senator, has landed in hot water with several Kenyans after criticizing Raila Odinga's university graduation on social media.

After sharing a photo of Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance presidential candidate Raila Odinga dressed in white robes, the outspoken UDA senator claimed it was the only photo of Raila from his graduation.

CS Education George Magoha has spoken out for the first time about the ongoing 'degree' saga.
Magoha chastised political candidates for being required to demonstrate that they are graduates even if they are not.
"From a professional view, I, Magoha, son of Magoha, will not fight to say I am not what I am not," Magoha stated.
According to the current CS, who previously served at the University of Nairobi, it is effortless to demonstrate that one studied at the institution.
"If you want transcripts of somebody who studied at UoN in 1975, you'll just touch a button and you'll get transcripts," Magoha revealed.
He has also requested that political leaders refrain from putting pressure on universities to prove they were students.
