Man kills Mother and stabs twin brother
In Githurai a manhunt has been launched to catch the alleged killer suspected of being mentally ill who is suspected of killing his mother and stabbed his brother.

Earlier this morning Erick Kamau the suspect stabbed his mother several times, killing her. His twin brother Derrick Kamau sustained many stab wounds while he was trying to rescue their mother from the attack.
According to Ruiru DCI boss Justus Ombati, the deceased had recently admitted the suspect into a mental institution so he could get the help he needs.
The injured brother, Mwangi, is receiving treatment at St. Joseph’s hospital while the body of the deceased was taken to the Kenyatta University Funeral Home.
