Making garlic noodles stir fry

Gather your ingredients first, and then bring a big pot of water to a boil to cook your noodles. While some noodles cook quite rapidly, others can take up to 8 to 10 minutes. Make sure to read the instructions on the package so you can make the appropriate plans before boiling the noodles.

As the water comes to a boil, combine all of the ingredients for the sauce -oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, fish sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and white pepper- in a small bowl. Then, grate the parmesan cheese, chop the green onions, and peel and mince the garlic.

Place the noodles in boiling water to cook. After the noodles are cooked drain the remaining water and reserve a cup of the noodle water.

Set a large pan over medium heat. Melt the butter and add the garlic. Cook for 30 seconds or so, or until the garlic is fragrant and golden.

Pour in the prepared sauce and bring to a simmer. Add the noodles, remove from heat, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, and mix well to combine the noodles with the sauce.

Garnish with red chili flakes, chopped green onions, grated parmesan cheese, and sesame seeds.
