Autospy has confirmed the cause of Nelson's death.
The scene is in Jocham Hospital mortuary in Mombasa County.
Going by the reports, the deceased, Nelson Otsianda, a Buruburu Girls' school teacher, succumbed to injuries after drowning.
According to Msambweni police boss Fanuel Nasio;
"Otsianda's body had no soft injuries. Therefore, Otsianda perhaps got drunk and fell in the water and did not know how to swim."
Note; the late Otsianda's body was found at Diani hotel's swimming pool on Sunday, November 14.
Apart from that;
"Otsianda's death had taken a different twist after his kin alleged to have previewed CCTV footage that showed some individuals clobbering the teacher before throwing him into the pool."
On the other side;
"some workers at the villa stated that the friends were taking alcohol and playing loud music at the swimming pool area before the unfortunate turn of events."
