Chelsea has been offered the chance to sign Neymar by the Parisian Champions, PSG, who are trying to offload the Brazilian superstar as they try to balance financial fair play.

Chelsea has shown a clear interest in signing the player, but due to recent form, the French giants seem to have a change of heart.
Chelsea has also explored the chance of signing AC Milan winger, Rafael Leao and Dinamo Moscow midfielder Arsen Zakhrayan who would cost $14m but Leao would cost a staggering $130m which might put off Chelsea.
Chelsea is said to have agreed to an $80m deal with RB-Leipzig for their 21year old, Croatian defender, Josko Gvardiol, but are willing to let him stay on loan at RB-Leipzig club for the season.
Arsenal has submitted a $20m offer for Brazilian Midfielder, Danilo, but the club wants more money for the midfielder.
Arsenal’s interest in Leicester midfielder, Youri Tielemans, is still strong and its thought the London club might swoop for him, but there’s thought to the interest from Newcastle, and a mystery club who is thought to have submitted a $30m offer for the player.

Ajax midfielder, Julian Alvarez, is keen on a move to Chelsea and it’s thought that player has asked the club to allow him to leave the club. Todd Boehly, the Chelsea chairman is expected to launch a $50m bid for the player.
Barcelona has turned down an $18m cash plus Marcos Alonso offer for their striker, Piere Emrick Aubameng, Barcelona turned down the offer but negotiations continue.
Southampton has agreed on a club record deal of $30m with PSV Eindhoven, for their 23-year-old Dutch winger, Cody Gakpo. Leeds are expected to bid for 29-year-old Sheffield United defender John Egan but face the possibility of losing Daniel James, whom Tottenham has an interest in.
Marco Icardi has garnered interest from to Turkish sides Fenerbache and Galatasaray. The 31year old Argentine has seen his time on the pitch limited in PSG, and the coach is thought to have told him that he wasn’t part of his plans going forward.
PSG defender, Amadou Diallo, who had interest from Aston Villa is expected to have his medicals today at RB-Leipzig before the switch. Sevilla is expected to complete the loan signing of Denmark and Nice forward Kasper Dolberg.
