Family and friends for the fallen artist Christian Longomba on Thursday paid their last tributes to their late Longomba.

The singer was laid to rest in the United States (US) where he reportedly lived with his family. Speaking about the deceased, Longomba's twin brother Lovy was grateful to God for the life of his brother.

He noted how Christian's life always belonged to God, and how it finally returned to him. "Glory & honor belongs to you now & forever. Abba comfort the family and his faithful supporters. Amen," wrote Lovy on his Instagram.

His other brother Richie recalled how the duo had shared a hamburger six months ago when Longomba told him that he would soon return to Kenya to carry on with his music career.

Christian succumbed to a brain tumor last Saturday in Los Angeles while receiving medical attention. The tumor was first reported in 2015, where he undertook surgery.

Shortly after, medics discovered blood clots in his brain forcing him to undergo another surgery, and radiotherapy too. He is survived by his two children Eli and Prince.
