A member of the Communist Party of Kenya has filed against the chairperson, Mwandawiro Mghanga

A member of the Communist Party of Kenya, who identified as David Otieno Owiti has filed a case against Mwandawiro Mghanga at the Political Parties Dispute Tribunal. David wants the accused together with Benedict Wachira from carrying out any functions or duties related to the party.
From Owiti`s report, Mwandawiro was appointed Taita Taveta County Executive Committee Member for Lands, mining and Housing in 2019, leading to his resignation but he still serves the office regardless.
David says he has been trying to get clarifications from the Secretary-General to no avail. He has also said that he has been recieving threats to be executed from the party., psychological attacks mean comments and a times silence. He has also added that the party is yet to be instituted by the political party bureu, questioning the leadership of Brnedict Wachira.
